If you are depositing SGD through internet banking, a screenshot is needed to make sure the funds are from your own account instead of someone else's. We do this for compliance purposes. The screenshot needs to include information as follows:
- Your Bank Account Number
- Our Bank Account Number
- Transaction Date
- Transaction Amount
- Unique code as shown below

Funds > SGD > Upload Screenshot of a new transfer
The following screenshot taken from DBS/POSB's online banking website does not include the customer's bank account number and is thus not acceptable. In this case, a screenshot needs to be taken on the Transaction History page.
